Self-hypnosis was recognized by the American Medical Association in 1958 as an adjunct medical therapy. Much like meditation, self-hypnosis utilizes states of of deep relaxation to aid healing and transformation on every level:
physical, mental, and spiritual. Self hypnosis is a key component in long-term change.
In self-hypnosis we allow ourselves to move beyond the chatter of the conscious mind, into a state in which we're more receptive to the power of suggestion. Completely aware, yet also deeply relaxed, we use this opportunity to plant seeds for real and sustainable change from the inside out. As we repeat the process again and again, we unwind the patterns that bind us, replacing them with more positive and balanced ways of thinking and being that are aligned with our vision of a healed, whole, and happy "me."
