Weight Loss 2:  Guided relaxation with suggestions to release the habit of impulse eating. Designed to be used at least once/day for days 16-30. Healthy weight loss is between 1-2 lbs/week.  After the initial 30 days, continue using both recordings until you reach you goal weight.
